As May is now around the corner, is there any further update as to when (and where) Ferraris will race in TX in 2003? Thanks -Ben |

The Ferrari Challenge area of FNA's site says May TBD, either at TWS or TMS, including a Historic Challenge race. Looks like Forza maye have gotten the date wrong... |

Has TWS moved some dates around, right now they have the PCA there that weekend and the TWS schedule looks full with no Ferrari events. |

From FORZA #43, May 2003, .pp 8 2003 Ferrari Challenge Schedule <snip> September 19-21, Texas World Speedway Full Event "All US Challenge events will now be three-day events held in cooperation with a major dealership and will include both 360 and Historic races. A new timed Regularity group has been added to the Historic class for those owners who don't want their classics in head-to-head competition. "In addition , owners will be able to take their street cars onto the track, and different featured cars-such as a 360 GT or an F1 car-will appear each weekend. A 'hospitality village' will also appear at each race. These changes are intended to broaden the serie's appeal and attract more spectators. -am I the first or the last to hear about this?? -ken- |
