Ahhh, there's a race that weekend I'm doing there, I wish it was Friday and I would use it as a test day. There probably already is a Friday TWS test day. They usually charge us $200. |

OK, Texas track junkies, there will be another open track day at TWS on Thursday, 5/22, from 8:30-5:00.
For those of you who have not done this before, the drill is this:
-no run groups
-enter & leave the track at your whim
-drive a while; get tired; pull off into garages; then come back on track whenever you want
-full safety crew (ambulance, EMS, wrecker, flatbed, corner workers) will be present all day
-qualified instructors available at no additional cost (I will be one)
-track will run clockwise until 11 AM, then the normal way the rest of the day
-no tech is required
-all track-worthy cars welcome; past events have included BMW & PCA Club Racers, Vipers, Z06 Vettes, Cobras & Cobra R's, Ferraris, M3's, M5's, all sorts of Porsches, S2000's, etc.
-you will get more track time in one day than you will get in 2 or 3 weekend DE's
-cost is $245
-I have no commercial or financial connection with the organizer
