I have had great and not so great experiences with FOH. Everyone except one person has always been very cordial when I am in the showroom or at a trackday. The not so great experiences have always been with one particular person who I believe doesn't think that I need to be treated with the same respect as everyone else who has a passion for the cars just because i am a college student. I am not and will not be in the posistion to buy a Ferrari in the near future but I plan on it when I graduate from school and get a good job. As of now I do not plan on purchasing any car from FOH, and I am very saddened by this.

I just bought the 355 C from FoD. They've been just perfect the entire time. I was there tonight while they fitted me for the seat.

I got my F35B at FOH and have had several good experiences with them.

I brought my 550 through FOH, and I can't say how pleased am I with the whole process. They are all car nuts, including Joe Maniaci the Sales Manager (imagine that!).

It pays to keep in mind with dealing with any high-end dealership that the staff, on a good day, deals with extremely anal people. On a bad day, they get some real nut cases. So if it takes a while for them to warm up to you, it is because they have all been burned before. But once you let them know that you are normal, even if a tad anal, person, you'll find that all the staff (and the owner) at FOH are good people.

I took a tour of FOH a few months ago. Looked like a great facility, and very friendly people.

Two thumbs up from me.

Both FoH and FoD are owned by the same family, so they are in essence the same. They get large allotments, since they sell a fairly high number of Ferraris. My $0.02 is to buy the car at the place closest to your home. They have a good reputation, and their service department is top-notch.

I'm pretty close to ordering a 360 and I live in Houston, but I'm not sure if I should go through Ferrari of Houston or Dallas. How is the Houston dealership? I would most likely use FOH for service since I live here, but would it matter which one I buy it through? Do certain dealers have more or less allotments than others? Thanks in advance.
