Filed a Class C Assault charge yesterday afternoon. The HPD officer said we have to wait about 5 days before an officer gets assigned to the case (whatever that means?). My friend's uncle has a law degree so I think he's going to guide us the rest of the way. Thanks for the tips guys. Jason- |
