Problem is I can't afford ANY of the stuff I have! Don't want to work for these clowns for the rest of my life so trying to "invest" a bit and get out of the rat race. My cousin bought a house up there for $275K and he is a fireman so that doesn't pay too much, but he has a landscapting biz on the side and makes some money with that. Started by mowing 3 yards on his days off. Anyhoo, trying to think along those lines. | ||
