True, but many don't, I was able to find Perot, Bass', Hunts, Cuban, Hicks and Jones all within 5 mins. Unfortunately, the thieves that seek out exotic cars are extremely savy and can get around government red tape. As the saying goes, "if someone wants it bad enough they'll find a way". |

Holly, you are correct...but smart rich folks typically put all their assets into a revocable or living trust. Thus, their home would be registered in the name of that trust, and not their personal name(s). Mighty hard to find the true owners of a house registered to a trust without spending lots of time down at the county seat records office! It can be done, but is typically not worth the hassle for most thugs... |

While registering your car to a P.O. Box or an alternative address is a good idea in theory, the owner's name is still on the title and the address can easily be obtained on any local home appraisal district's web site by doing a simple name search - IF the person owns a home, and presumably an owner of an Enzo would own a house. This is considered public information. The Dallas County Appraisal District even has photos of the house - scary what you can find out with a few clicks of the mouse! |

Rob, when they get to the web, millions of people will see them...and, being on their computers already, it is relatively easy to get a name & home address. That said, hopefully smart Enzo owners have registered their cars to their work addresses or a mail drop for security purposes. I am hoping the same for the Enzo owners pictured in the lates Rod & Truck and Car & Driver. |

What's the big deal about license plate numbers being visible? Anyone who is near the car in person can see the number anyway. Am I missing something? |

Thanks, James. His identity is his business--if he wants it known, that would be great. Just wondering if I have ever met him!! I have met Mr. Crowder, once. |

Dave, Definitely not Mr. Crowder's car. Since he went along for the drive, I am sure he would not mind letting it known who he is, but I would rather not say here without first consulting with him. I can say, he is one fine gentleman and it is a privelege to know someone such as him.A |

Could this be Kevin Crowder's car? Does his son have a silver 355 B? GREAT pictures, nonetheless!! http://bimmer.roadfly.org/bmw/forums/e46m3/forum.php?postid=3370526&page=1 |
