I routinely almost get wiped out by Metro bus drivers on the 45 service road in Clear Lake. They don't quite understand what the "Yield" sign is at the northbound sweeper from Bay Area Blvd to the service road means. Once they get on 45 they immediately dart over to the right lane. |

Sounds like you were very lucky on FRIDAY THE 13TH. Good to hear it didnt turn into a tragedy, I know what you mean, I get angry with bad drivers in Houston, and especially when there is a child in the car. |

Wow. Glad to hear it turned out all right. Makes you wonder what it qualifications takes to be a bus driver. Same thing happened to me last week except I was already over in the left lane. Apparently she wanted to be over in my lane to turn left. I suppose it was my fault for being in her way... |

Today, returning from Dr's w/my 14yr old son, I was heading North on Buffalo Speedway, subsequent to exiting 59N. Metro bus in far right lane comes to a stop in front of me, no blinkers on, nothing. I pull to the left lane (blinkers on) pass on the left, all of the sudden the bus is almost in our laps, I swerved over 3 lanes while accelerating, swerved back 1 to the right after getting around bus. Whew, if we had been in another car, we'd have been road kill. BTW, the bus driver went from the far right lane to the far left turn lane to make a left on Richmond in just a 20-30 feet. Brings a whole new meaining to TGIF(Thank God It's a Ferrari) for me!
