"They wrote me up in Houston
for no front license plate."
Aww man. Please don't tell me that.

"Not wearing Seat Belt !!!!"
Yep, put it on or get busted by an a$$clown.

Houston cops are going after really stupid things, why can't they find the real OFFENDERS in this city? Mayor Brown's A$$clowns. What gives?

James, I've likely done that on my R1, but never in an F-car.

I think Chris is the one that discovered that they cannot get a picture of your license going thru the Toll booths if you go thru at over 120 mph. Chris, was that you??????

Just funnin.

The officer never looked at the front of the car.

I don't use a front plate either.

Thanks James,
I've use Jim Lollar in Tarrant county before. Maybe I will call him. I have had defferred adj. several times, as for defensive driving, I can't sit that still for that long anymore. i'll get it handled one way or another.

Thanks for the info, I'll bring the F40 over sometime for sure. It is running very good at the present.

Hope all's well!

Chris

Chris,

BTW, if you were on 360, north of 183 and south of 121, this is a favorite spot for Euless officers. Everyone thinks that the speed limit should be 70 but they reduce it to 50 mph since it is in the city limits of Euless. I have seen a large number of people being pulled over there.

So, FC'ers. If you are going north or south on 360 between 121 and 183 BEWARE!!!! They give no leniency there. Euless loves to give citations.

Chris,

Have you taken defensive driving or asked for deferred adjudication? If this is your first ticket in Tarrant county you can ask for deferred and if you get no new tickets in the next six months in Tarrant county, you will only pay an administrative fee and it will not go on your record. I know, I got one in Euless in an M5. I got it deferred and the 85 in a 60 cost me $135. Did not go on my record.

Other than that, I do not know a good attorney to go against a ticket in Euless.

Come and see me sometime. Bring the F40

Good luck,

James

Are there any recommendations for an attorney who can 'handle' a speeding ticket for EULESS?
