When it comes to malls i usually avoid them like the plague. I happend to need to go to the Sears at Stonebriar the other day and made the mistake of going in to hit Starbucks. If there is a heaven and Hell I am sure the hell in my world would be a Mall. Dante's inferno with a Gap and Pottery Barn Kids Only time I have been in the Willowbend one is to go to Apple Store so It must be the spot.

I think the Apple store is the only thing keeping the mall alive. |

JimE, that's mean! I love that mall... it has the Apple Store! And its never [lowers head, lowers voice] very crowded... I can always park close under cover. And its easy to get to for sooo many given its near the intersection of Bush and the Tollway... and thus real close to FoD!! So, going there is a good excuse to drop by and see what Ferraris they have sitting around. Brian |

I love that mall, it's dead even at Christmas. Never a crowd! |

Just read that Mercury closed at Willow Bend and a second tenant has sued the mall over lack of foot traffic. That is too bad for the mall. |

Jim Schad, my next door neighbor owns Mercy. Rob, if you would like to consider a future event at Mercy, I would be more than happy to approach him and to coordinate. |

Fine dining at Ferrari's sounds great with us in October as long as Jano has the Ferrari finished. |

I'll definitely second Ferrari's. I'm not too sure I'd bring my Ferrari to Oceanaire, though. It is a great place to eat... I'll happily eat there without my Ferrari... but unless you make some very special arrangements, I think its not the best choice for our Ferraris. |

When I get back from Indy I'll create the rest of the schedule for this year and start on 2004 too. Last time we were talking about doing Ferraris. How does that sound? We'll of course move the Fine Dining to various places and areas of town. |

I just stopped for an after dinner drink at Mercy, Beltline and the Tollway. It would be a great place for our next fine dining night, plenty of wide open valet parking right by the door, and we could OWN the patio. Oh, and they specialize in wine also! |
