Thanks for the kind words. I'm Glad everyone had a good time as we did too. Was great to see all and a few new faces too. I'm glad Randy was able to take some photos. Sure would like you to email me as many as you can for me to post on our website too. Dave and I talked about having another session sometime the first half of December. So will be thinking of a relevant topic for all. D |

Still thinking about it, I'm getting sick of the high cost of living in Houston plus I miss my old stomping grounds. I'll let you know. |

Will - Sorry I missed you a few weekends ago in H-town. I'll be sure to drop by next time. Or.. are you moving back up to Ft. Worth soon? I remember you mentioning that in an earlier post.

I just wanted to thank David & the Moorespeed crew for their hospitality in hosting a most informative and entertaining event. I especially enjoyed meeting everyone and appreciate folks sharing insight about their own cars. It was well worth the rush-hour drive up from San Antonio! But seriously, everyone was great & I look forward to the next event with anticipation. Shan |

"Not sure. Probably, unless we can figure a way to have another one in early December... " I'd be up for another in December. December is always good for us. Race season is over and things are a bit less hectic. BTW, we are loading up the 18 wheeler a week from Friday after the tech session to support 6 cars at the season finale at Daytona. So if the shop is not it's usual state of cleanliness, please don't beat me too hard. d |

I think they may have had that mic behind the car in that dyno room that echos. I'm pleased it is not any different at idle too. Curious about the 2500 note. It's always good when the wife stays happy.......I'm not the favorite guy of some of my buddies wives ;-) Typ response "Oh your that race car guy, sigh, frown.........they just don't get it, we never grow up....just the price of our toys!!! D

It is loudest at 2,500 RPM. At idle it doesn't really sound any different than the stock exhaust did. But, when I accelerate it definitely sounds much more like what I expected a 12 cylinder Ferrari to sound like. Actually, I think it could stand to be a little more agreesive and still be tollerable. My neighbors noticed the new bright look through the rear grill before they said anything about the new sounds. I am very pleased with the new Tubi and my wife hasn't complained yet so it may be a nice compromise. The Japanese Web site that you sent to me was much louder than my car turned out. |

Ok, so far we have about 15 attendees who have RSVP'd to date "sunday". Anyone else, please let me know. Should be fun. Please let us know: http://moorespeed.com/FCATECHOCT03.html We will have Dave's 328 on one lift diagnosing a peculiar engine oil leak that has a sneaky mind of it's own....doesn't leak when it comes to see the doctor ;-) Will be using some cool gadget tools in the process. Will have Jason's Deli catered and surely cerveza along w/ non-alcholic beverages. Any particular brand requests? D |

Kelly: Is it close to the sound bite we found on the Japanese website? If so, I can't wait to get a ride in it next time you stop by the shop. Don't work too hard in Cali, see ya. D |

Wow! Now that is what a 12 cylinder Ferrari is supposed to sound like. I will definitely have to create a few .wav files for everyone to hear. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job on my car Dave. Sorry I will miss everyone next Wednesday night, I've got a meeting in San Francisco. I've got to go sell something to pay for all this fun. Kelly |
