It was a good time. I had the pleasure to meet Greg(Greg512tr), who has a perfect red 1992 512 TR. Another bad night picture with my camera, but beter than nothing...  Picture of the heart and soul of the beauty...  They kept M.A.T. open past close. I don't think we got out of there until 3am. Disapointing to see Rubens blow an engine, but to watch Michael come from last to the podium was awesome. | ||

I'll be at this one, here's the note from BMW club Channin... Make plans to attend the next Formula One party which is coming right up on March 16. Again, due to the time zones, to watch this race live, we will be at the MAT at Midnight on Saturday March 16. I have arranged for the bar to remain open to the end of the race, but of course the will not be serving any beverages after 2pm. Call Channin Murphy @ 214-704-6969 or e-mail [email protected] to RSVP. Again there is no fee for attending, but you will be responsible for your own food & beverages. The MAT (McKinney Avenue Tavern) is located at 2822 McKinney Ave. Also on the food note. The kitchen usually closed at midnight, but they will keep it open till 1am if we have enough interest. So let me know if you plan on eating!! In addition there is a group of us die-hard Formula One fans, that are organizing Breakfast Parties for the other F1 races.
