Kelly, I know I didn't write in Enviro friendly Tulane Green but surely you saw the spelling diff. I said a SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW 2valve not a slow 2 valve. Jeeze 2 wasted Tulane degrees. By the way the day and time are firm for Dec. 14 at 7:15 pm. It looks like the house will be finished in time. Are we still planning on a drive the day after Thanksgiving??? |

Hello gentlemen. Sadly, I missed the judging this year due to business, but I made the track day and hope to also make the main event in the future. The collection of cars was impressive. Erin |

Anyone interested just has to join the ferrari club of america. You will be able to designate membership in the Louisiana chapter. You can do so on line. When you talk up the event, do so on the general discussion board as well. |

Kelly, Don't count me out, it will be a three way duel next time! I got the pics up within 2 hours of the event. Im thinking I might have to join the Ferrari Club of Louisiana so I can get more involved with all of you. Where do I sign up and how much? I might have to wait a month since I spent a little too much during my Las Vegas evacuation from the last hurricane ;) John, Im glad you are posting here now. Good luck with getting next year's event organized. Sounds like a lot of good things are in the mix. |

John , It's great to hear that the event is growing, I know Voo Doo Fest at Marconi Meadows may cause problems if it is the same weekend but have you considered staging it in front of the Museum of Art in City Park? The cars would look great lined up along the street leading to the Museum from Wisner. Or as Kelly suggested having it by the Zoo and Audubon Park with the Audubon Tea Room as the base of operations |

List members: I just met with our coordinators to do a debriefing on our event this year and on next years event. In the next week we will have our date, our site for the Concorso, and definate plans. I need your help in spreading the word about last years event. Kelly started a really great thread with photos on the general website. I encourage all of you to do so. Post photos of the event with new threads, so that people know what we are doing. You cannot explain what we in New Orleans can pull off, you have to show them. So spread the photos. In the next few weeks and months I will let you know more of what will come. For starts, Van de Poele is coming back (hopefully after winnning LeMans) He will be driving a Ferrari F1 car at the track. We will also looking into hosting a private Ferrari Challenge race open to the public. So hold on to your hats. The ball is rolling. John W. Houghtaling, II |
