I've been watching this auction. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2400081787&category=33748 Maybe someday a set of semi-slicks would be cool. |

Posted on Tuesday, January 07, 2003 - 5:27 pm: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks to everyone for the beautiful pictures of my car. It was a day I won't forget. The guys at Sunny Daze did a great job and my car is a bright and shiny silver again and actually clean everywhere. See you on the track soon. Cherie ps - Franco & John - Thanks - this is better than karting and Disneyworld put together but I may need bigger tires on my car. |

Looks like the event was a success, good to see everyone had fun & some swamp critters may have a new home somewhere in that silver 328. Clean it out REAL good. |

I believe Cherie thought her car was 4 wheel drive. I think John and Franco were giving her the bad news. Of course we don't call this the Grand Bayou Ciruit for nothing.

Tracy, Yes Kelly is the proud owner of a ssssssllllllooooowwwwww 2valve 308 and a sssssslllllloooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww film camera that requires trips to Wal-Mart for devoloping ( I think that is what they did in the 20th century) and scanning so his pics will be a little slow in coming. |

Tillman, that would be "The Swamp Thing". It had a "mishap" with a soft muddy spot off the track. |

Gratuitous shot of our 308 and some other nice pictures:
We appreciate the time and effort it takes to put an event of this size together. Looking forward to the next one. Had a great time.

Thanks Kelly. If you want a higher res version just email me. She was a great sport about all the joking around. It was great fun taking the car out on the track and the company in the pits was just as much fun.

A couple very clean TR showed up.
We had a birthday party but I didn't get any good shots of his black 355B. I did have an interesting short ride in his 355 with Franco. At the first turn we come up to at 100+ we find the brakes to be gone. Fortunatly nothing damaged by the off course short cut.
And a last picture of clean 328 tracking.
