After watching some videos of the Cannonball Run from last year I hope nobody gets injured.
Would be difficult to keep the temptation to romp the streets at bay when you have this many exotics cruising across the USA. |

We are checking out all the info and will keep you informed.
We are going to see what thier plans are and throw them a party the night they get in.
When they leave, we plan on goin with them to the state line.

2003 Rally Route and Schedule
SAN FRANCISCO * LAS VEGAS * TUCSON * SAN ANTONIO * NEW ORLEANS * MIAMI
The 2003 rally will take place between April 17 and 22 (inclusive).
We will start in San Francisco and wind up 3000 miles away in Miami, five days later.
I sent these guys an e-mail last week. They were the ones with the best rally video I've ever seen.
From what I've seen these guys don't want a police escort, hell they don't want the police to know nothing. I think they all got tickets.
I don't now anything about the guys doing the playersrun.
Why don't we just throw these playerun guys a party that night they get in????

As some of you know, Roland Linder (F40 LM onwer) has let us know that there is an exotic takeoff of The Cannonball Run, that he will be in that will be passing through Louisiana Feb. 18-19. On the 18th they will be arriving from San Antonio and will stay over the 19th.
The organization is called the Playersrun. (see playersrun.com) 100 exotic supercars are running from Los Angeles to Florida. According to the organizers there will be rock stars, supermodels, and a host of other crazy exotic car owners from Europe and all of the US.
I am going to organize a police escort the morning of the 19th from New Olreans to the state boarder. There will be a bunch of TV and media coverage. Interested in joining us giving them a send off?
