Sorry guys. I have not had a chance to get back online until now.

Donny, Frank told me you needed directions Saturday, so I called and left a message on your cell phone.

It didn't rain in Hammond, so the commercial was filmed. There were many cars there... and a short girl with really long legs that had trouble getting in and out of my car. She was so small that she had to sit on two large phonebooks to be seen above the door for the camera.

I am sorry you missed it. I enjoyed the chance to look at all the other street machines on display. There were some really "pimped-out" civics and preludes, but there were also some fast cars. There was a Supra that I wouldn't mind trying out...

Most of these guys were very young and the only racing they did was between stoplights, but they were friendly and curious about my car I know they would have died if everyone showed.

They are talking about forming a little club... perhaps sometime we should pop in on a meeting.

If this is still on, please post some details for the Hammond-impaired.

Thanks!

No telling with the weather. I'll come if it isn't raining. I don't worry about driving in the rain but I don't trust all the trail mix ( fruits & nuts) on the road.

Kelly is out. Says he hopes to go back to work Wendsday.

Too true, Mark.

That is the incredible thing about Louisiana, though... if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes!

I will recomend changing the date to Javier, but it is so close to my house that I would go in the rain-- if they filmed.

I am going to post a little something for Kelly now. I haven't heard from him, so he might need a get well card. I am about to start a new thread on the subjsect...
Regards,
Erin

Erin, check out www.weather.com and specifically point it to New Orleans' forecasts. There is so much rain expected for the next several days, that a successful, outside event would be difficult. I hate to suggest to Javier that next week would be better, but it looks like that may be the best bet.

Is Kelly back with us yet?

Hi Guys,
My friend, Javier, asked that I see who would be interested in coming to Hammond next Saturday after lunch. He is having a commercial filmed for his speed shop, "Wheels and Co.", and would like to have a couple of Ferraris there for the shoot.

Please let me know if you are interested in coming. Kelly, Frank-- this would be a good time for y'all to redeem that detailing I owe you!

Erin
