Appreciate the info. All I've come to find are Moss Motors. Perhaps I could talk him into going to Baton Rouge to the place recommended elsewhere on the Louisiana thread. I checked into it and it's about an hour away. Still, options are good :-)

Doesn't Brian Harris have a BMW dealership in Lafayette?
If not I would try Giles Automotive, or if push came to shove I would go for a small fee

Sorry (Rob) to post this twice, but I didn't realize there was a Louisiana section to F-chat and I'm having very little luck on my own. I'm looking into purchasing a BMW M3 in Lafayette. Does anyone know of any mechanics they'd recommend to do a pre-purchase inspection in or near the area? I've been scouring and coming up with nothing.
