Kelly hows it going? Thanks for the mail updates on the drives. Im gone again the weekend of the 17th flying. Im not getting much of a break. I cant wait to join all of you in my Lotus and just drive. Thanks for making me feel welcome. Bob, if you are looking for a Mondial there is a nice one listed on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1848576685 . It claims to be an award winner at Monterrey. I think it's located in California, which is where most of them seem to be. Good luck with your search, we need more Ferraris in the area. | ||

Erin, I have no idea how to cut and paste a link! but the car on ebay is on the 2nd page. It wont show up if you type "328 search" for some reason. Glad to see you guys are all here. Kelly: There is nothing wrong with being nude, and nothing wrong with going to work. It is funny how a litte joke can make you famous overnight... For those of you just joining this conversation, I never actually went to work naked. I just have the craziest dreams when I have any sweets within an hour before I go to bed. You know those mints they leave on your pillow at hotels? Well, If I eat one before I go to sleep I am likely to think I swollowed a porsche or got trapped inside a bottle of asprin before I wake up. About a month ago I had a dream that I was talking to a four foot squirrel... he had the voice of Marlin Brando from the godfather-- he asked for some pistachios. Weird as hell. Bob, don't pay money for a tape of me at work. I will give you one for a ride in your new 328 (when you buy it). I am going to go look at the one on e-bay now. Hi Donny. | ||

Someone tried to sell me the tape of Erin at work! $19.95, I won't spend more the $12.95. But more importantly, whose going to by that 328 on e-bay with 39k miles, for less then $40k, looks like a good deal. When I was searching the internet for 328's I called 6 dealers( 2 in Florida, 1 in Illinois, 3 in California) covering both coast and the midwest for prices and avalablity. There are lots of cars out there but the dealer prices over the phone were rediculous(49-63K for 1987 328GTS) I called a few individuals from the classified adds in FCA and the Market letter and the private sellers are alot more realistic. | ||

If you would like to go to Cruisen the coast and turn you enigine into a molten piece of scrap metal. I'm with you. Cause that's what's gong to happen sitting in that traffic. From the car club I belong to and others, I here if you don't get to say Bay St Louis by 7AM and park, your stuck in traffic for the rest of the day. Plus once you get there you cannot leave. | ||

I check out FChat almost everyday , but for some reason don't think to checkout the LA section. Hope all is going well. I got the 308 healthy and happy again, so maybe this time (knock on wood) I'll make the drive. I do have to check for an A/C leak. I think it's the new schrader (?) valve I installed to fill it up with 134. I noticed oil around the cap this weekend and it isn't very cold any more. Anyhow, I'm not to concerned since I almost never drive it with the top on anyway. Looking forward to meeting you guys. Are either of you going to Crusin the Coast in Biloxi. We are considering it. I understand they have several exotics there. | ||
