Theres kings college in briarcliff, NY. its been abandoned for almost 10 years now. all the windows are broken, and everything is trashed. i suspect crackheads sleep there at night, but im not sure because i highly doubt there are any crackheads in braircliff. |

Rye/ greenwhich? yeah, there are some good places. One place that stands out is that park on the water where they have the greenwhich concours every year. A pair of bolt cutters will get the car in at other time of the year. Seriously though, there are some nice places. There is that upscale golf course on king street (rt. 120A), there are also some corporate parks on rt. 120. Adam's got a good suggestion, rt 9W on the way to bear mtn is also a good place because the you get a nice view of the hudson. One place that might work is a park in tarrytown that is right on the water, with a parking lot next to the river. it's stream from the bridge so you get a good view of that. Dusk would bea great time to take the pic because you get the TZ bridge and the Geo washington bridge lit up, and the NYC skyline all lit up. |
