Enzo in front of Morton's (at Riverside Square Mall in Hackensack) last night. The owner had the valet watching the car. I spotted it coming out of Houston's and thought, "that can't be!" That parking lot is so tight...I guess that's why he had someone staying with the car. |

Last two nights a yellow 355 Berlinetta with rear challenge grill has been cruising around Concord Pike in DE, both nights around 10 PM. DE temp tags with a Winner Audi/Porsche license plate frame. Sounds like it might have a Tubi on it too. |

I pulled into a gas station in Manchester Vt late this morning and on the other side of the pumps was a 360 spider. Good start to the day. Later in the afternoon I was behind a 996 turbo on the main drag in saratoga, I have never been a big fan of the 996 but it is growing on me I like the staut look of the back end of the turbo. On my way back home just going past Mt equinox I had an oppurtunity to pass some slower moving cars and I ended up with a good stretch of open road so I wound out my S and the next car i came up to was an Aston Martin DB (not sure if 4,5,or6) BRG with RHD. I followed him for about 5 miles enjoying the old car scents coming out of his exhaust the whole way. I also did not see one other convertible on the road with their top down, I had mine down all day. The season is nearing an end enjoy while you can. |

Was standing in the 7-11 parking lot last night, in Commack on Jericho Turnpike when a red 355 spider blew by... It was around 11, maybe a little after... Top was up... Very sweet... i LOVE seeing these things out on the road...!!! |

Dwight Hutchison in his TR an i driving RT. 1 in Westport Saturday night. Dwight tells me he thinks an F-car is behind flashing the xenon's. 360 Spider passes us with cute blonde passenger.
Next thing you know we both feel like Chevy Chase in Vacation. Dwight guns it an we speed off. We both thought a guy was driving at first. Sure enough its 2 cute blondes looking for fun. Cause yeah we want to play hard to get. Who knew!?
Played tag for awhile an lost them.... Dwight next time let them lead! |

I saw a yellow 275gtb4 tonight with historic ohio plates at the Palmer Inn in Manchester Vermont. Evidently Brian Redman and 20 other collector and high performance car owners are going to race up MT Equinox in Manchester tomorrow. I also saw a few 356's a 996 turbo, a 964 race car, a Jag either 120/140 or 150 and a 300SL convertible all in impeccable condition. |

The shade of my leather is Crema (Cream) and not the saddle. It is a nice color and so far it has resisted stains rather well. I can't wait to see some more photos of your car when it is finished. It really is beautiful! |

I love the Azurro color Augustine! I can't remember my colors official name (and the car is in the shop). I am sure it is not Azurro though.
Do you by chance know the conolly leather name for your interior? I am trying to find the leather dye to match it - My color looks the same as yours. I think it is lighter than 3218 Saddle - Looks more like a cream - Any idea?

The color plate on the car simply says Azzuro Met. but I looked on the owners site and that says Vernice Azzurro Metallic. I'm guessing the latter is probably the official name. Your car is Azzurro Chiaro if I'm not mistaken. Good luck with it! I think you'll enjoy it very much.

Those were the words i blurted out last night, riding shotgun in The Bird's Corolla. She's used to it. Like so many times before, without saying a word, she immediately made a u-turn and pulled into the lot. i was so excited, i couldn't take a clear picture.
This one is a little better...
It is just so exciting to see these "in the wild"... i love it.
Also went to see the ladies last night at BoLI; they had a black Murcielago sitting in the showroom, doors up, looking pretty. The Bird really liked it... i'll concede that it looks better in person... Alot better...
...but it was so cool to see this just driving around. i love it. i love Ferraris. i love 'em...!
(Coincidentally, i spotted this car only a few blocks from Cafe Testarossa in Woodbury/Syosset; i waved at the guy, he looked at me quizzically then waved back and drove off.) |

Saw a bunch over the past week or so:
-- Dark blue 355 spider parked on around 70th & Columbus with the top down. It was a beautiful night, I'll bet the driving was amazing.
-- Black 328GTS w/ NJ plates driving up 6th avenue (around 50th St) last night.
-- Silver 360 coupe parked on the street (are you crazy????) just off 70th & West End. |

It doesn't surprise me that no - one has spotted me yet. I live in Warwick, NY and mostly stay up North shuttling between home and therapy in West Haverstraw at Helen Hayes Hospital. That takes me through Greenwood Lake, Sterling Forest, and finally through Harriman State Park where i rarely SEE Another car. Other days it's into the office in Elmwood Park, NJ so it's down Warwick Turnpike through West Milford and Ringwood and then onto Route 208. A lot of back roads. Keep looking, though.
This Sunday's looking good for a run down to Morristown. Anybody know where and what time the show is ?

Stratford, CT. near Sikorsky airport today around 3:30, I saw a gorgeous 512 BBi. RED!!!
I-95 north, I saw a gorgeous white Jag XKE on a trailer.

Dave Monk and I came upon a red 308 QV on the road in Southport, CT yesterday. Down the road was the Classic Car Gallery which had a neglected '89 348 ts up for sale. |

Back on Monday, 07/21/03, i noted that i saw a red Testarossa turn onto Kings Park Road; well yesterday, while walking to the store, i passed by what appeared to be the same car- gorgeous. Only 3 blocks from my house... It was wonderful... Had the high mirror on the driver's side, but also on the passenger's side, as well, so it was difficult to determine the year... Saw a gentleman outside in front of the house it was parked in front of, but there were kids there and i know some people get uncomfortable when strangers approach them in front of their house, especially when their children are outside... i hope i see it more often... |

Went to Nero's for dinner in Livingston. Pulled in with the TR and a early 308 GTS was in front. Came out after dinner and a 355 had joined the lot. |

Went down to Seaside park today. Beautiful day. First saw a silver 328 in hightstown, then a yellow 355 on route 35. Nice guy in the 355, honked and waved. |

Saturday: a red 355 spyder and a red TR in Great Neck on Middle Neck Road within 1/2 hour of each other. Red 355 in Southampton later in the day, and what looked to be a perfect Daytona convertible parked at the curb on Job's lane in Southampton. Windows open, black, w/ black top and saddle interior. Looked like a 100 pointer. Sunday: a silver 360 Spyder in Great Neck. |

This morning at the OBI Ferrari was well represented. There was a red 355 Spider, a blue 360 Spider, red 360 Berlinetta, Black Testarossa, red TR 512m and my 308. There was a red Countach there as well. If you get there before 9:00 its an awesome collection of cars. There must have been ten Cobra recreations, a half dozen P-Cars, 40 corvettes, 75 muscle cars and hotrods, a couple of Jags, a real mini cooper, and 100 bikes. The best weather brings out the best cars. |
