Guys and Gals,
Need some Input,

I currently have a shop In Milford, Pennsylviania(8 miles from the NY/NJ/PA border)where we service local cars along with some Ferraris and other exotics that I being a former FNA Master technician specialize in.
I would like to upgrade the facility to service more Ferraris (possibly exclusive)and build a year round climate controled storage facility for exotic cars and equipment (i.e. challenge cars, track cars, spares , tires, etc...) along with providing transport of the vehicles to the track events and to pave out driveway and parking area that is now mostly crushed stone.
the question is how many people out there would be interested in this service and is there any other services i should provide before I invest our well earned funds.

any input is appreciated.

Best Regards and thanks, Jim McGee
