Kenny have you thought of a place to have the show or around when you want to have it? Any parks that would let us have a show there? Kenny that's great that you want to give back. Erik |

If I can be of any help just let me know kenny. Also what about if you just had a car show instead and had advertised it as a make a wish show or something along those lines and then infront of each car was a donation box and the box with the most money would be the best car there that is how people would vote. What do you think? I think this would be a good way to raise money, enjoy cars, and meet fellow f-chatters. I know I could get a lot of my friends to go and they would all donate a couple bucks to each car and if we got a good turnout the money could be huge. Just a thought. Erik |

Kenny, I like the car show idea. Perhaps giving rides in the parking lot would be better (less liability) or photo shoots. I'm sure I can get my summer class to participate and help out (around 20 students). You should contact the MAW foundation and see how they can help you with the donation drive. Another one is the Salvation Army. My class usually do a toy drive during christmas time, but they do need help all year round. Keep it up, we need more people like you. |

Rob, I understand- maybe one of the lawyers here couple whip up a disclaimer- a ride in an Enzo could definetly draw 50 bucks for 10 minutes . Tim, it'd probably be best to charge both admission and for rides. Dave's crew donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation, seemed like a good idea to me, but if someone has a different idea... |

Better to organize a car show, and just charge admission instead. Good way to raise a couple hundred. What charity would it be going to? |

lot of liability, what if someone T-bones you while your out on a leisurely cruise? taking a passenger and charging them $ opens yourself up to a lawsuit if something happens |

I've been toying with the idea for a while now and I think it'd be great if we used Dave (MaranelloMan)'s idea to sell rides for $10 for 10 minutes- and donate all proceeds to charity. I've already sent around numerous emails to friends in the area with exotics and everyone seems to love the idea. Anyone willing to help me co-organize this? |
