You mean the jeep would roll easily? Yeah that's what I plan on doing too in a large lot.

Nice, we're gonna have to hit some of these up this summer. I don't want to look like an ahole though, kid with a Ferrari autocrossing for the first time and all, maybe I should do it with the jeep first...

Hey bret, i found an autocrossing site minutes from your house. On my 5th theres one at the palisades mall. They have them there every 2 weeks in the summer. There are also some 5 minutes from my house at the kensico dam.

Nice. I think I would like to autocross the 308 before I get into doing track days. Once I get this whole mess back together I'm gonna start putting effort into these things cause they look like they would be damn cool.

Tim,

i used to autocross my 911 at Giants Stadium with the porsche Club of America. They used to allow non-Porsches to run for a slightly higher fee. Check out www.pca.org

Does anyone know of places to where these are held? I know they have them in englishtown at raceway park, but other than that does anyone know of other places? It seems like a fun way to take a car to its limits without putting it, yourself or anyone else in danger.
