Thanks guys, not having an F car (or any car for that matter!) made the trip out to Long Island a bit tricky but I can recommend the Park Avenue country club on Park and 27th who put aside a large projection screen for the F1 fans that turned up. We couldn't hear the commentary above all the other screen showing college football games but was good nonetheless (and what a race!).

Now for Japan...

Hey Ed, might stop in around noon. Not taking the car if it's raining.

Yes, Ferrari of Long Island is doing the broadcast. If they do it as nicely as they did the Brazilian GP, they closed off the street and had 75 Ferrari's parked out front. They had lunch too.

Welcome to NY Chris :-)

Hi Tom, I noticed that! Weird thing is there's a huge Bridgestone advert just across the street with an F1 car on it...

In a hotel which doesn't have speed so it looks like I'm going to have to head out to one of the Irish bars.

the sport is not big here in the states, prob best to turn on your cable to speed and sit on the couch - some dealers may have a party.

Hi all,

I've just moved to NY from London and am desperately trying to find somewhere to watch the GP this weekend - can any New Yorkers suggest somewhere?

Thanks,

Chris
