10th FCD Ferrari Dino-Excursion "Dolomites" 20th to 23rd June 2013

    Dear Dino Friends,

    This year's gathering takes us to the UNESCO World Heritage site in the Dolomites, Italy.
    Together with the Ferrari Dino Owner Club Switzerland we will end up with 60 Ferrari Dinos.
    We will experience several mountain passes: Passo Falzarego 2.105 m, Passo Valparola 2.168 m, Passo Campolongo 1.875 m, Passo Giau 2.236 m, Passo Tre Croci 1.814 m, Passo Zovo 1.482 m, Kreuzbergpass 1.638 m and Staller Sattel Pass 2052 m.

    The gathering is already fully booked, anybody from abroad still interested please send an e-mail or PM as soon as possible.

    We have people coming as far as from South Africa (two 246 GTS) incl. both Dinos being shipped from Cape Town to Italy!

    A Ferrari-Dino car is a mandatory requirement to attend this event.

    Thanks for that photo - a fantastic sight. Please count me in for definite next year with #00280! How many 206s were there this time?

    Finally 55 Ferrari Dinos, two Stratos, one 308 GTB (exceptional permission) and one 330 GT 2+2 (service car) made it to the event. Unfortunately no 206 GT (left mine at home and took #01406).
    We drove about 450 Km in Italy and Austria through the mountains in two days and went up as high as 2200 meter (Passo Giau, highest point of our tour). Most of the Dinos came from Germany and Switzerland, but we had also teams around from France, Belgium, Great Britain and actually two 246 GTS from Cape Town, South Africa.
    The two GTS from Cape Town had a five weeks journey in a container on a ship to arrive in Genoa and made on time to our meeting. They will be taken home again in two weeks time.
    Fantastic, well done!!!
    We were limited to 60 cars, but way north of a hundred showed an interest to come.
    I personal was so busy during the event, had no time to take pictures. But we had a photographer we us, so plenty of pictures to be shown in a few days time....
    Thanks everybody for coming, we enjoyed every minute of the event.

    I just noticed that the radio girl apparently flirts with my italian mechanic (left) while feeding a gelato to Matthias. Interesting.

    Hello guys,

    this years Ferrari Dino meeting is in the north/west of Germany near Hannover/Paderborn.
    If anybody want to come along from abroad you are welcome (Ferrari Dino mandatory).
    We have already teams registed from France, England, Belgium and the Netherlands.
    Especially from Scandinavia and Benelux the access in`t too bad.
    We are limited to 50 Ferrari Dinos.
    Any interest, send me a PM.
