In my spare time I've been cleaning up my 72 GT. I put on new XWX tires, rechromed the bumpers with new rubber, new carpet, seat and door panels redone, color sanded and rebuilt the brakes. Looking way better then when I got it. It will eventually get the full treatment but for now a driver. I'm planning on keeping it stock with it's USA lights etc.

Can't imagine needing to restore that one. Looks good in the pics. You ought to keep one Dino for a beater!

Car looks really great. I woudl like to ask your advice please.

I am going to repaint mine very soon but I am having trouble deciding whether to choose Azzuro Metallizzato (106-A-32) or your Bleu Chiarro Metallizzato (106-A-38). It is hard to 'see' the colour in your photos because of the shadows and I am not sure which colour mine is. I've attached an image of a car in Azzuro Metallizzato and a couple of photos of mine.

Any thoughts on which blue is better, what are the differences between them, and which colour mine is (if it is even a Ferrari colour)?

For the record mine was originally Rosso Chiaro, then black, then dark metallic blue and then the current light metallic blue. I think it looks great in light metallic blue but am having trouble choosing which one.

How come it needs a "full treatment"? It looks like a great car! Nice job on the interior, Mr. Dino!

Due to a full garage and 5 Dino's at my shop I sold this Dino about 6 months as I had no time to restore it. Well it's now back in my shop after a fresh repaint by Steve for new dash, changing grey carpets to black, new trunk carpeting, carrello headlights, clock conversion, new headliner, changing the seats to Daytona seats, new compressor, dryer, condenser etc for AC, heater cores and enclosures restored and hopefully I am try an LED conversion on the gauge lights. Should of just kept it. It's a great color!!

have we determined WHAT the colour is yet...!! (curious about post #6, the side shot and rear quarter shot). Would love to paint my 77 308 GTB in that colour...too poor for a 246 :-(
