    Thanks Andrew.
    As you can see, this one does not have the orange threads in the fibreglass
    so we kept it original and omitted them.

    The intakes must have been a juicy sub-contract for another Dino supplier ;)

    When you disassembled your car, was there a sealing compound between the body and the air intake?

    I noticed a thick tar like mastic when I removed the air intake........Best Peter

    Yes, about 1/2" wide/thick mastic around the opening...
