London garages

I keep my Dino in Central London and occasionally need something fixing / sorting / tuning. I tend to use an operation outside London, which I will continue to support as they have always been very helpful. However, sometimes getting out of London during the week is tough and I was wondering if anyone knew of ,or could recommend, someone / an operation in Central London? For example, I went to take it for a spin today, but think it is running on 5 cylinders.....doesn't sound very healthy and I wanted to avoid getting a truck to take it out to the usual place, as I suspect it is a small job a talented mechanic could sort in half an hour.
