    Hi All

    I have a rather sticky problem with a vender of nos parts in italy that i ordered a large amount of parts from early last year and then later last year the parts were never delivered and he does not reply mail or pick up the phone is there consumer protection in italy the problem is that its a large amount of money what is the protocol ?

    Who's the vendor? Could be that one or more of us has a different contact point, and/or has experience with this particular person that may be of help to you.

    There are a lot of fly by night guys who come and go in the business.
