    I recall the episode in which this car made an appearance.....Gooding auction where a guy named "Bob" bought Wayne's silver Daytona (325K) and gave thought to purchasing this car too. Ultimately he did not and car sold to another,

    Car has been for sale for quite awhile. I asked them if they would consider a trade (boxer & 308) and they said nope without even a discussion.

    I was in a Dino lament mode for a brief moment when I inquired, as it was a car I did lust after for many years.

    Not speaking for the dealer, but if a dealer doesn't normally deal with cars like this, there is a HUGE risk in taking vintage Ferrari's in on trade.

    I can't blame them for being cautious, especially since they have had this car for a while.

    I am not sure if they own this car or it is consigned, but I would guess it is consigned. If this is correct, even the more reason not to take a trade. The biggest reason to take a trade would be for the State of Texas tax credit, which wouldn't apply in this scenario.

    It is still a cool looking car.

    I like that they got bold when deciding the interior color. I hate they did the speakers like that.

    Has anyone looked at this car in person?

    Shawn, yeah I'm pretty sure it is on consignment. It was kind of a half-hearted attempt.

    On another note, your car Jon just finished is outstanding. Enjoy it for many years. Maybe someday I'll have one.
