Hello Dino Group Happy New Year! We found a set of four 7.5"x14" Campagnolo wheels that came as "original" wheels with my father's GT4, equipped with 16" BBS. Obviously not the original wheels of his car! They have been repainted at one point in the past because the finish is unmarked. The overall casting quality seems average though. Would anyone have an idea about the prize range of such a set of wheels? Thanks for your replies Urs Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hello Urs, and thank you for the steering joint! Absolutely spotless. Are you thinking of selling the wheels? Try Ferrari parts ads and ask for offers, then if all else fails, there is always e-bay... If not, please send me a pm. Happy New Year! Alberto PS. What is Tektron?
Hi Alberto Great, you are welcome. Yes, we are going to sell the wheels; they are located in Switzerland. We have a local party interested but are unsure about the price level. They are rare... Tektron was Campagnolo's aluminium/magnesium alloy product name. I am just helping my father clean up his shop so we get space for the next project now his Dino is basically done. Urs
6000 CHF would a fair price in my mind. There are not many 246 out there which really need these original wheels.
Not 100% sure but believe these could have been an option on the early Gt4's - so they may well be the original wheels for the car.
I was considering that too at one point. I couldn't however find any trace of such an option, and looking at the workshop and owner's manuals, those rims aren't mentioned. The car in question is a '76 Pozzi delivered car, badged as a Ferrari. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
