Hi Skipp, it can be an hard matter to get your screwdriver. To have an idea , please read these pages if you have not yet done it. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/206-246/438934-repro-dino-tools.html
Thanks for your reply. I have read that thread and reached out to the author. No reply yet. So, hoping to find someone here that has a spare.
Superformance stock a nice set of replica screwdriver's if you have no luck sourcing the real deal. Regards Peter
Tony is on vacation for a couple of weeks so that will be the reason he hasn't replied to you I should think.
I have the opposite problem: I have the flat-blade screwdriver but not the cross-head. As a temporary measure, I bought the Superformance items. They are nice, but the handles are a slightly different shape and colour from my (believed original) screwdriver.
I believe the Superformance screwdrivers are produced by Tony, so they should be cast after the originals. Best Peter
Yes they are very good replica's. See attached pictures...sorry for the bad "winter" light. Best Peter Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I believe you will have to buy a set. Maybe make a deal with Bluebottle. It appears above that he might have bought a set only needing one Phillips? Best Peter
Yes, but the set I bought do not exactly match my flat-head - the one I had thought until now was the original. Now I am not so sure! Here is a photo of it. As you can see, it is more orange than the Superformance set and the handle is slightly different. Image Unavailable, Please Login
OK, sorry guys, I have checked my records again and I find that I did not get mine from Superformance, but from scuderiaricambi250 on eBay. See photo below. Different from my "original" and also different from the Superformance item. Incidentally, the reason I thought the one that came with the car (see photo in previous post) was original is that it looks very like the one shown in Matthias Bartz' book. Is it beyond the bounds of possibility that Ferrari sourced screwdrivers from more than one maker, so not all originals are alike? Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hi guys, sorry but very poor wi fi here. As Iain stated he kindly loaned me his set of screwdrivers and they were copied as near perfect as you could. The handles were 3D scanned and injection moulded to match exactly, the handles were sent away to a laboratory to be scanned for the correct pigments and colour, the dye was produced accordingly. The ones you see on some sites are not the same and could be anything from that era. These are e series but I believe they remained the same throughout the production. They have the VR 12000 as per the originals, this is just the voltage rating of the handles. Superformance sell my sets but there are not many left and doubt another production run will be made. I may have the odd one to sell but I will not know until I get back to England. Sorry for the late reply Skippr1999 Tony
See above - I checked my records and discovered that mine were not from Superformance, but from scuderiaricambi250 on eBay.
