Oil leaks on the Dino engine are very common and very difficult to totally eliminate. The photos you have show a lot of oil all over and it is probably something near the top of the engine like the cam cover gaskets that are leaking oil and covering everything. The only way to know for sure is to clean the entire engine well and see where the leaks are coming from. If you like the car and the price is ok do not be afraid of trying to get this problem fixed. It should not be very expensive or difficult to do.
