Ha, ha, I have that one, too. It's very cleverly designed in many details although the final result is a bit boxy. I need to get myself a good 1:18 model.

I also have a Pocher model car in 1:8 scale. Can’t post a picture because I am not at home this week (having skiing holidays…). You can find them on ebay.

In reality I "only" have a 512 TR and a 575M HGTC. But that’s nothing compared to an F40…

Concerning the fenders line, you can change the layout, if I remember you own also red surplus parts in the box (a pair?). The front spoiler I add it with extra parts coming from other Legos of my son.

    I think it's better now.

    Congrats!
Does it have the optional auto-lift suspension?

Is it a 1992 model? I hear that THOSE might have a transmission problem. :)

Thanks! It is fully optioned so it has the auto-lift suspension. :)

No issues with the transmission. It is a 2016 model :(

I thought to put bigger turbos and intercoolers in it, but there is no space for them. :)

    Marcus, nice looking car.

I am envious. My grandson gave me a small Lego LaFerrari to put together and I am stuck trying to fit it together.

I think I am going to have to take it to my grand daughter and watch her put it together, she is the Lego expert in the family.

My be getting old when I can not put a Lego car together.

Nice F40! My wife got me one for Christmas as well. She also got me the gift of over 8 child free hours to assemble it LOL.

I got a box for it at Hobby Lobby so people who come into my office wouldn't be tempted to touch it.

Thanks Chuck. As long as you can drive real Ferraris it’s no problem if you can’t manage to assemble Lego cars…

We are spending our skiing holidays in a house we have rented. And look what I found here…

Interesting, I also got some Lego from my wife this Christmas. She just missed the brand :) Contrary to my 360 Spider, it even got a dual clutch transmission...
    Cheers!

Nice, Martin! But I guess your wife has to learn a lot more about cars… :D Would have been great if she had given you a 550 :):):)

Yes, that would be a strange coincidence if I would have received a 550 from her :)
I still wait for Lego to produce such technically sophisticated models like this RS, just in a Ferrari shell.
