Parts of a carbon tub are the final shape of the car. It makes no sense to attach a body around a carbon tub when you can shape a carbon tub to any shape you like. Thus the roof of the carbon tub is the roof of the final car, and probably the A and B pillar too.

I think the mule is 80 % final.

Even the ff lights look so well finished inside the front bonnet that I would not bet against them staying.

The metal in the mule is the aluminium back crash structure and will stay.

Maybe no front air bridge as I don't see it fitting and maybe the rear ducts will stay there, as the back is already as high as the bottom of the back window.

Maybe this is a design they already discharged, but I see it pretty much ready under the plastic.

What else did you hear? I heard late last night that the VIP's less than 10 are going to see it privately on the evening of the 31st. Michael (Tool Fan) if you have heard anything different please put in your 2 cents.

Nope, like I said, I know the showing is before the end of October and no specific date. I will know later today if my friend(s) saw it.

It is obvious Erik was playing around. As Michael said it is later this month and it is ultra exclusive (more so than before) from what I heard late last night as well.

The styling model I saw a photo of was red, but I'd imagine some things have changed as that was several months ago. I still expect far more curves than the Enzo has.

U can make up the big hollow side radiator intake in the door from this.

The door will start with a vertical fin a la 599xx and Arya.

From the above pic you can see more of the door section. Fender Air bridge going under a ridge on the door? I think the door might have some similarities to the P1 with sculpting... Names?? I think MM would be a great name to honor Italian racing tradition.. Would be a cool name said in Italian, plus everybody could just call it the "MM"

I've talked to a friend today and there are multiple 'very' small groups viewing the car this month. So there is no one date, which explains why I wasn't given a specific date. Unfortunately I was unable to be his guest this month in Italy for a showing. According to him there will NOT be a leaked photo and the 'security' is going to be very tight.

That sounds just about right. One other thing I heard was only a few selected people in the USA (5 or less) are going to preview the car this month.

Does it make sense to bring a car here to show 5 people though? Wouldn't it be easier/cheaper and far less risky to give those people a quick Italian vacation?

I think he meant 5 people from the USA will go to Italy this month to view the car. The rest of the attendees are from other nations.
