Erik, have you seen pictures of the F150? I may be mistaken but I vaguely remember reading something here saying that you had? Then again, I could be thinking of Michael (TOOL-FAN).

The F70 being a prettier Ferrari than some I own isn't something I really worry about too much.

As for classic looks of course the F70 will be prettier than a P1.

Around a race course however, it will be quite a different matter.

These kind of posts gives people enormous hype & they expect "unseen miracle". Problem is that every single super-car was presented like that before unveiling. And when it comes to unveiling most people`s reactions are: "Meh, I need some time to get used to it" or "When I see it in person, maybe I will like it".

Thank the Lord we only have a few days before we get to see the magic of Ferrari. After reading those two description by forum members that have seen it in person says a lot. Can't wait to finally see it.

I have seen a styling model - it may have even been so long ago that what I saw will no longer be the same as the car Ferrari will produce, but some elements do seem similar to what the prototypes portray.

I'd heard Ferrari were still trying to settle the final issues on the car's styling at that point, and that internal struggles were causing delays. There were also some suggestions made here that changes were made to the tub after it was presented in Paris - I guess we'll have to see if that holds true.

I didn't see enough to render a proper judgement - I don't even usually like doing so from photos as complex designs always look different to the eye in person.

As neither are racing cars that is not really the soul of the question.

As for the ability of each constructor to deliver World Championship winning GT cars, well the story has been told

Let's not forget that McLaren has not won a Constructors World title since the last century - notwithstanding Mercedes-Benz.....

Nice picture! Don't see too many McLarens in it. Love the P4, ex Piper if I'm not mistaken (!!)
