I'm having trouble visualizing what's happening with the rear quarter panel.

Ooooh, don't say that. It will set off another firestorm of controversy.

That was my initial reaction to the styling model last year, but I certainly didn't see it as a negative.

It would be different if it was coming from you Peloton, you actually contribute useful information and insight to this thread. Mitch on the other hand is simply a pissed off McLaren fan-boy that's clearly come to vent his anger and frustration on a Ferrari message board. The P4/5 comment, like the rest of his posts in this thread, is trolling and nothing more. His post history speaks for itself.

Also, count me in as someone who finds the Enzo and F50 ugly. They've got nothing on the F40 imo and especially not the P1...

Mitch my man I think you'd feel more at home on a McLaren message board. This thread has clearly upset you

These old Enzo sketches look similar.

Sorry for switching gears from the new Enzo but Jim, this car looks incredible! I hope Maser signs on.

That's funny, it hasn't actually upset me at all! And a pissed of McLaren Fanboy? You got the last part right but what's the world without competition? I'm looking forward to seeing what Ferrari can come up with honestly. The 288 GTO and F40 were the best of Ferrari's halo cars imo in looks and the spirit of what a hypercar should be, the F50 is just ugly (glorious engine tho) and the Enzo....not exactly the best looking car out there but it's performance is up there with the best of them.

Yes I'm biased and yes I do believe the P1 will still be faster but it'd be boring if only McLaren existed...and aren't I entitled to my opinion? What if I said it looks like a Birdcage? I'd be a pissed off Maserati fanboy?

A moderator merged the two discussions threads, so this is it actually.

Explains why I could no longer find it. I liked the idea behind it, would prefer not reading about what McLaren is doing or what Jim had for lunch every other post

As I followed my friend's team last weekend (both GT3's finished- 14th & 16th- a fantastic first-time effort IMHO) it was pretty apparent that the DP class wasn't really all that interesting or diverse.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Latest Guess...

Rear fender detail: scoop (like a modern 250LM) or vent/bridge (for radiator outlet) - your thoughts.

Note: first one to answer will be post no #5000!!

Wonderful job as always! The front view from your previous drawing did not convince me that much, but this one... Wow!

P.S. Do I win something?
