Modern Electric fans for the 308

Resurrected this post from the General Technical Forum and added my latest experiences this weekend with installing Hayden fans, a proper radiator fan switch, foam at underside of hood, etc, all towards the goal of getting the car to cool properly and the fans to cycle on and off properly.
