Fellow F-Chatters. As some of you may have seen we have been releasing no-drill front license plate mounts for several Ferrari models and now we turn our attention to the 348 & 355 crowd. On both of these models fitting a front license plate is a real pain and normally involves drilling or some kind of home made rig to keep your car legal.

We here at Carbonio have come up with an efficient solution that allows you to install and remove your plate in seconds. This setup has proven to be very popular and gives you the following advantages:

    - Quick on and off for car shows (to maintain your privacy when people take pictures), when washing to gain access, or for keeping the front end looking clean when at home for generalized staring and admiration.

    - For those willing to test their luck with the law it is a great road side 'fix' that will most often avoid a ticket. 'Sorry officer I was just coming back from a car show and forgot to put the plate back on'

    - Does zero damage and leaves zero trace when removed.

    - Adjustable in distance and angle to allow for a personalized fine tuning of your plate position.

    - Works with all international plates and adheres to international road rules making it a totally global solution.

Thank you for the positive comments guys. 'Neat' is the most common description we are getting on these and it not only makes the car look neat but is neat in its operation.

Glen sorry I don't have a 348 picture to share but we'd be more than happy to have your car as a 348 model if you like :D

Rob my car looks great in those photos!! I have my plates on car now & it really does the job. Now I can drive to a car show & remove plates in 10 seconds & display car the way it was designed for.

    Thanks again

I ordered one today for my 94 348 Spider. A decision aided by a fix-it ticket for no front plate! I will post a picture after its installed. Neat solution. May need another for the Testarossa.

Here's the plate holder on the front of my 94 348 Spider. I mounted the plate as low as possible without modification. It covers the cavallino badge's lower limbs a bit and sticks out a little farther than I would like. It is really easy to take on and off, is well made, and very gentle on the finishes. Just wish it was an inch lower.

Thank you for the images and feedback Brian. We have actually been signing a number of Ferrari dealers as re-sellers for our plate brackets and they are very popular with the 'keep it original' crowd as they go on and off with no damage of any kind.

Thanks for posting photos Mario. Your license plate should act as an inspiration to all Ferrari owners.

    All Ferrari owners?

How will these photo's act as an inspiration to Ferrari owners who are not required to run a front plate, or those from other Countries whose required front plate already fits the car without the need for these brackets?

In the UK for example, a legally required standard size front number plate fits perfectly onto the front spoiler of a 348:

I think he was referring to the number: "2BDRIVEN", as in "Ferraris are meant to be driven".

These plate mounts have been very popular and are being gobbled up by Ferrari dealers in areas where front license plates are required. In stock and ready to ship :)
