Anybody know what size ring nut removal tool I need for the lower cam pulley? How about a local source? Otherwise I will order one. I know I can make one out of a socket but I'm not in too much of a rush. Thanks!
Got my helper in the pic but she says the wrench doesn't fit - lol.

Can't imagine you would find anything like that locally (unless you live near Ricambi America or Hill Engineering in the UK :)

Nice work, but with tool cabinets like that you SHOULD have a car lift! (but it also appears you have an unusually low ceiling in the garage :-(

I bought mine from Ricambi- I could find no local source.

It looks like your fence is really loose on the pulley, is it?

I was dreaming about a lift yesterday when I was trying to get the car high enough to roll the engine out. Maybe someday. The ceiling has a beam going right down the middle that reduces the height.

Do you remember the size? I just want to be sure before ordering.
Yes, the gate is loose and needs to be tack welded.

If you need it RIGHT NOW and can't wait for the correct mail order tool, you can make one out of a 15/16th socket. You have to be pretty handy and accurate with a angle grinder and cutting wheel, but worth the effort
