Attached is the trim piece Im talking about, its a long piece of rubber at the base of the window on the exterior of the car. The tricky park is that there is a lower channel that runs along the trim piece that must be tucked into a ridge thats very hard to get too. Im thinking I may have to remove the door glass to make the install possible.

Has anyone every replaced theres? Any tips?

Try opening the window to have a bit more space to work on.
