    15 is the top half of the grommet in the floormat.

    The screw is #13 in the diagram. I took mine out last year and they seem just to screw into the carpet, or at least not particularly firmly into the floor.

    FYI, I had to retrofit the #14 and #15 grommets onto the aftermarket floormats that came with my car. It was a pain, though they just pop together. Apparently the best way to do it is to actually melt a hole through the carpet with a heated metal rod. I did not do that and only found out after the fact. Cutting holes took a lot more time.
