I'm not having good luck with Stradales. My friend rolled my second. My first was lost in a wild fire. We found a nice third. I think we'll keep it in the garage. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Better yet, don't buy another great car and get a mundane airplane, but fly it as far away from people as possible, lol...
Bill...you must be some sort of saint. With everything that has happened to you and the Ferraris in the past 2/3 years. Looking forward to the new stradale pictures, and congrats on being so laid back
At least the photo shows a rural area/road where no one had a high chance of being hurt, not like the one the ****** was driving on in the latest video in the 458 section. I happy that your both ok.
Owie. Sorry to hear about your luck with Stradales, Bill. Hope you and your friend are OK. Is anything off that CS salvageable you think? Both doors seemed to open OK even if it was sitting on its roof. Tough little car.
Bill, crazy luck! You will have to tell us the entire story the next time you are in Santa Barbara. Sorry to see that beautiful car laying rubber side up. -Greg-
Sorry to hear about this. How did your friend manage this? Good luck with number 3. That picture reminds me of an old Road & Track, PS..... http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=86568
Oh man, that pic made me cringe. May I suggest NOT letting your friends drive your fast cars??? . Glad everybody was okay.
damn, how'd that happen? who will be paying for the third one? can't wait to see some pics of it.....
Most insurance companies will total any car that has been on its roof, I guess they feel they can't insurance the strength of the car any longer. Sorry it happened, not a great experience, but you seem to handle it with class. I noticed it had a stripe as well. Factory or after market???
Very sorry to hear this Bill. I hope your friend is ok. Do you mind sending me the VIN so I can add it to my CS registry? www.challenge-stradale.com/registry.html this one picture is bad enough for me, how about some pics of your new CS?
Painful photo, Bill! Sorry that you've had to go through this. Fortunately, the best "things" in life are not "things"!
No that is unusual-----------maybe not if you live in the Malibu Foothills. I wonder if your "Friend" is still your "Friend"? I know the friend got hurt, but i hope he did not get hurt bad---like wheelchair bad.
That is a strange picture. Everything seems so serene. But the speed and violence that must have lead up to that image...wow. Must have been a major boost of adrenalin during the crash. There's a famous Churchill quote: "There is nothing as exhilarating in life as being shot at without result." Having this sort of accident and escaping without injury, must be similar.
