Hi was just at the dealer to see them prepare my to-me new 430 Scuderia.
They had a 1-din flip out navi which was Ferrari branded, they said was a Clarion OEM.
It looks like either NZ501, NZ502 or NZ503.
Does anybody which model it is?

I have the NZ501 and it is a single din
I love it, don't think its factory though
Only thing I don't like is the front sticks out about 1" so its not flush like factory
They say its because of the clearance on the flip screen

Talked to dealer today and it is an NZ502E with Ferrari firmware and logo instead of Clarion, so they will try and see if they have the parts to fit it to the Scud by thursday

Are they (the dealer) adding the branding material (the graphics etc.) to the head unit? I don't remember seeing it in the Ferrari catalog..

Man talk about an afterthought...right in front of the vents. It does look better on the 360..but then what doesn't? ;-)
I do like the integrated back up camera that these units have though that is a license plate frame. I could be tempted to try it if the price wasn't too terrible.

Looks out of place, even with the F-logo. :D

Will be interesting to see the price after the Ferrari-tax is added :D

Whew, I hope your wrong. I would try to hack the logon screen and silkscreen Ferrari onto the bezel if that is the case.

+1. I can pretty much guarantee that that's all that Ferrari did. Silkscreen on a Ferrari logo on top and front, and then but a .bmp image into the firmware.

The adapter stuff would be nice to have all sorted and PnP. The unit will play DVD's too but it has some connections that tell it that the car's ebrake is on which allows the unit to play movies. I wonder what they would do with this? There is some functionality for programming the back of the car's sound too and there is an icon that shows a four door or four seater car. I wonder if they changed all this too?

I like the idea of a backup camera.
