Anyone know where a replacement of the white headlight washer pump (to the right in the photo attached) can be obtained at a reasonable price.

Just checked on Eurospares website the washer parts diagram doesn't appear to show the pump just the plastic water container itself....

I presume this has to be a standard industry part - possibly fiat?

    Anyone got any insight/ suggestions?

I didn't know that 360's had washers as an option. Does anyone have a link to a window sticker with this option called out? Curious as to the cost when new. With such a sharp angle on the housing where would one use this option? Paris-Dakar?

They were fitted with the Xenon headlights, which became standard after 2003 (IIRC). The option code was "XENO - Xenon Headlamps" and I believe it was an extra £800 in the UK.

I have an '04 and don't seem to have them with a US spec car.

    Maybe more pics?

Interesting, I have the standard Xenons in my 2003 but no washers. Good stuff!

I too have HID headlights but no washer. The build sheet for my car also did not show HID as an option -- strange.

I would say that you have aftermarket Xenons/HID lights fitted unless federal spec cars are different.

In Ireland cars over 10 years old have a "safety" check every year... younger cars every 2 years-(like the UK MOT)--- they fail cars with HID lights if they don't have headlight washers....something to do with the way the light refracts if there is dirt on the lens.. hard to believe but true!!

Hence my need for a pump...

Last time HIDs came up you said your car had halogens, not HIDs. All evidence I have suggests that they were standard on US spec cars, my window sticker (and other window stickers I have seen for 99s show HIDs as standard equipment).

I don't think I have ever seen a US spec 360 with washers, but there is a part number for a US bumper with the washer cutouts so who knows. Washers aren't required to be installed here on vehicles with Xenons although many manufacturers offer washers as an option.

I was mistaken as the manual listed halogens -- see below. It was only when I removed the access panel that I saw that I have HID units.

I guess Federal spec cars had HID as standard.
