    Just picked up my New F430 today!

    On up hills from a standing start - I get an amber EDIFF message - how serious is this?

    Serious enough to have it checked out by a specialist and hand the repair bill to whoever supplied you the car.

    It's certainly not normal.

    Need to get it checked out. Could just be the fluid heating up or a temp threshold being exceeded. Need someone with an SD3 or Leonardo system to check the error.

    To discover the root cause, your car needs to be thoroughly tested on the track. Since you are new to FerrariChat, I would be more than happy to volunteer to sort it all out.

    Not a common error code. Find a good independent with a Leo or SD tool to scan it.
