Picking up my CS today!

    So after a few years of admiring them and sometimes getting distracted along the way with other cars for the garage, today is the day I pick up a CS.

    Lots of people helped along the way. "Cobra man of Utah" helped me find out about the car before anyone else did. Dustin at Las Vegas Motorcars was good to deal with. Rich at Wynn Ferrari Vegas is just awesome. And CS godfather, aka Andrew/stokpro came through as always. Thank you all.

    Flying to Vegas now and driving it back to LA this afternoon. Will post pics of course. If anyone has route suggestions other than the usual blast along the 15 do let me know.

    Try avoiding a permanent fixed smile by relaxing facial muscles every now and then on your drive home.

    You will enjoy it every time you see it in your garage and every time you drive it.

    After 1.5 years it still thrills me just starting it up. Btw, I have had no trouble with it and have driven it about 5k mi in that time.

    I just can't believe there are CS's for sale, I mean, the owners must have died or something like that. No way I'd release mine!

    WOW, I am jealous....of that beautiful high sky and your wonderful machine, not to mention Pacific Palisades! It is very hard to beat the roads at your disposal. My wife and I moved from there to Oahu but I yearn for the Santa Monica Mountain Range and everything in between from the Sea to Taft. Thanks for posting pics. I might have suggested the northern route home via Idaho and Washington!
