    Anyone know how to remove the passenger side AC vent panel? The glove box emergency release string is coming out of its tube and I need to get to the top of it to get the red string back in. Can't figure how it's held in place.

    It should twist off. I can't remember which way you need to twist it though. Turn the entire vent (black surround with arrows) until it clicks and you should be able to pull it out towards you.

    Actually I need to pull the entire carbon fiber piece out to gain access
