Previous owner to me had theirs replaced under warranty . No amount quoted, but will be muchos $$$ as I believe the hood has to be removed and replaced. The rear window scratching is an unavoidable design issue, as it folds it retracts

Assuming you have scratches and not tears, I would recommend a specialist polish such as this which will reduce much of the visible scratching:

Had mine replaced in the 16M due to the original folding the wrong way and denting on the mechanism.
Ferrari technician visited my dealer. Roof says on the car and the window is designed to be changed. Hidden wire around window has a current passed through it to heat the bond, window removed. Reverse process to seal the new window. From memory it was about £900 fitted.

I tried the stuff you clear plastic headlights with when the plastic dims...PlastX... A very measurable improvement....about 75% better. Tried to photo but images lousy. I had no tears , just dull and stained.

They will polish up nicely with the right products and patience. I had used rubbing compound on mine followed by polishing compound. Made it crystal clear. Like paint correction, use the least abrasive product necessary
