Not sure but over flow? Actually my high pressure hydraulic line burst. I think it's metal with rubber coating.

I'm thinking that is what it is. It was sudden so for it to be a pump or hydro system that would be strange.. It was fine, I gunned it to test the new tires a bit and by the time I got to the light the car freaked. My GF drove it back from the tire place.. No issues, 20 min drive

On my car the hose was put on with a kink to begin with in the factory. Apparently this was corrected during later model year cars. Mine is a 2005 car. I asked about after market or used hose but ultimately paid for an OEM part.

Rob can check it. It was one of the hydralic hoses .. They come in a set of five and they are extremely expensive from the factory.. Working on alternatives now. If you look them up they are the F1 hydraulic hoses... The only way you can see them is take the rear wheel well out.

I could not see the leaking hose even after taking off the side panels. I believe it was accessed by taking off the fender liner of the passenger rear tire. You can see the F1 pump and reservoir pretty well from the engine compartment. I thought maybe the tank was leaking but turned out it was the fluid splashing from the hose. Makes sense because the fluid leaked out in seconds and the tank was barely wet.

Looked into used hose and after market but went with factory on the advice of my mechanic and because I didn't want to be stranded in the middle of the road like before.

Any decent hydraulic line company will fabricate a single line for very little cost. No need to have your pants pulled down changing the whole set...
