Hi all, I am in the market for a F430 Berlinetta coupe and stumbled across a 2006 F430 Red with beige interior-7,000K miles from a Ferrari dealer. The car has all the options, minus the red stitching. The car is Ferrari certified and seems flawless. The dealer is asking $134,000 what is the right price to offer? Thanks
Be patient and find a local private sale ..you will save more $$..'but if money ain't a thing buy from a dealer .. Just saying from experience.. Of course ask for maintenance records blah blah Hahha
ALL options? - Carbon upper and lower driving, carbon wheel, carbo ceramics, rear challenge, shields, Daytonas, sub, nav etc. etc. ? $110-$120 probably.
The car you are describing is the one at Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale. They can charge a premium on their cars because of the buyer demographic they often sell to. I would expect to find a similar car at around 20-25k cheaper, especially if you do not mind shopping in the fall or winter months. Expect prices to continue to fall for the F430 with buyers scrambling to get into the 458.
Yes they are a bit expensive... Both palm beach and ft laud, charge premiums... The dealers are a bit nutty with the pricing down here..they also are all super low mileage and you pay a premium for that too!! I guess it depends how much you drive. I found mine from an individual ... Ppi was great but of course these are 6-10 year old cars so your going to have to repair stuff... Be prepared no matter what.
While that may be true , he just traded the car last week so on a quick turn someone may get a deal. I've seen it happen. Right place right time. Always worth a shot bc the car is a known quantity
Agree if you get a deal and they have checked it out if it's at the dealer.. Things go wrong without warning so just saying things happen. The most important things are a good inspection and what maintenance has been done. I would want to know that the fluids were all changed. Still hoses and minor things break and wear out so nothing is really known. It's just the an educated guess.
Yes, the car is offered at Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale- asking $134K they countered at $127,600 What should I offer?
Average options. No lower carbon/wheel, no carbo-ceramics, no rear carbon (pretty rare). Overpriced. I'd offer $110k and see what they counter with. I'm guessing $120k would get it, which is still a little overpriced IMHO. It says CPO/warranty eligible, not sure what that means (extra $'s I imagine).
Wow. What would the ideal price be if this was a SPIDER? 2006 F430 Spider w/7k miles. Average cost. Just curious.
This looks almost like the twin of my car I just traded in to F or Tampa Bay (seats on my car had red inserts). I don't think the dealer in Tampa has it up on their website yet, but it might give you a good comparison. Based on what they have given me on trade for my car, I don't think you could do much better than what the dealer in FL has countered, but might be worth a try. Feel free to PM me if you need to know specifics.
I don't think much has changed since you last asked: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/360-430/465968-2006-ferrari-f430-w-13xxx-miles-%24125k.html
If you traded a 2006 F430 coupe without the big carbon options for a number which would justify a dealer selling it for $127k then I completely stole my car, or the FL market is very different from CA
That was few months ago about a different car. I already purchased a F430 Spider in November.. but was curious to see price difference between spider vs coupe with low miles. Good memory though! The thread about my car is here - http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/360-430/469134-she-finally-here.html
LOL I was actually searching for an old thread of mine with the word Mannheim and yours popped up again. Congrats on your purchase
